Admin

  1. Open Admin > Staff.
  2. Confirm roles and facility assignments.
  3. Review Facilities, Machines, Lots, Process Stages, Machine Statuses, Lab Test Types, Usage Metrics, and Materials.
  4. Open a lot workbench and review all captured production data.

Production Manager

  1. Start on the dashboard.
  2. Review current lots and factory-wide status.
  3. Open Lots and choose Open Workbench.
  4. Check progress, material input, tops output, yield, usage, lab results, and breakdowns.

Foreman

  1. Start on the foreman dashboard.
  2. Open a current lot.
  3. Use the lot workbench to capture progress stages.
  4. Log material input quantities and review lot history.

Lab Technician

  1. Start on the lab dashboard.
  2. Open a current lot assigned to your facility.
  3. Capture lab results from the lot workbench.
  4. Review previous quality metrics before adding duplicates.

Maintenance

  1. Start on the maintenance dashboard.
  2. Review breakdown alerts and facility machines.
  3. Capture breakdown machine, type, reference, downtime, and description.
  4. Log repair actions after the issue is handled.

Suggested Demo Flow

  1. Log in as production.
  2. Open PE-LOT-001 from Lots.
  3. Log in as lab and capture a lab result.
  4. Log in as maintenance and capture a breakdown.
  5. Return as production and confirm the data appears on the lot.

The lot workbench is the central screen for day-to-day operations. Open it from Lots > Open Workbench.
